、福州市光华制药厂提取车间低压设计
本设计的内容是220V/380V的低压车间配电,其中包括动力系统、车间照明系统和弱点系统三方面。
配电方案采用车间电源由厂变电站用YJV型三相四芯橡胶绝缘电力电缆埋地引至车间配电室,通过配电屏及配电箱供给车间的动力、照明及弱电系统的电力分配。主接线采用单母线放射式接线方案。根据设计中提供的负荷进行负荷电流的计算,对电动机进行额定电流估算,以选择电力电缆、车间母线、电气设备、继电保护装置、馈出线路的导线,保证母线和用电设备的安全可靠的运行。继电保护装置的选择是动力配电的主要部分,设计中设置了电流速断保护、欠电压保护、过电压保护及过载保护,这样能够保证在过负荷或短路时,将故障迅速切除,为了提高供电的可靠性,采用了单台设备独立保护的方法,尽量将故障范围缩为最小。平面布置图展示了整个车间的动力,照明及弱电系统的设备和线路的分布。
本设计在弱电系统设计中遵循便捷和节省的原则,考虑车间各工作间的需要,安装电话端口,在总门处安装电话站,从而控制整个电话系统。这些工作伴随着照明系统和动力系统的设计一起进行,使整个系统完善。

Abstract:
The substance of this design is 380V’s low voltage shop PDU. The illuminate distribution,power distribution and content of design include weak electricity system.
The power distribution plan uses the workshop power source to bury by the factory transformer substation with the YJV three-phase four cores rubber insulation power cable directs to the workshop transformer vault. Through switchboard and distributing box supplies workshop power, illumination and weak electricity system electric power assignment. The main wiring uses the single generatrix emanant wiring plan. According to designs the load which provides to carry on the load current the computation,Carries on the nominal current estimate to the electric motor, by chooses the power cable, the workshop generatrix, the electrical equipment, the relay protection installment, feeds the line wire, guarantees the generatrix and the current collector security reliable movement. The relay protection installment choice is the power power distribution main part,In the design established the electricity speed of flow to break the protection, to owe the voltage protection, the overvoltage protection, loses the voltage protection and the over-load protection,This can guarantee or short-circuits when the load,Breakdown rapid excision, in order to enhance the power supply the reliability,Has used the single Taiwan equipment independent protection method,Shrinks as far as possible the breakdown scope for is smallest. The floor-plan has demonstrated the entire workshop power,Illumination and weak electricity system equipment and line distribution.
The substance of this design which under the light current system designing is following convenience and economization’s fundamental, considering workshop’s all the needs ,build the telephone’s port.Building telephone station in the main door, accordingly control all the telephone’s system.All the employments are carrying through the lighting system and illuminate distribution’s design,which are consummating all the system.
