基于PLC的中段水控制系统设计
该方案采用上位监控计算机和下位机PLC相结合的控制方法。上位监控计算机负责与PLC进行通讯,对整个废水处理流程进行监视和操作,并具有数据记录、故障报警、参数设置等功能。下位机PLC对现场的PH、流量、温度,液位信号及泵阀的运行情况、故障等信号进行采集,并根据预先编制的控制程序输出控制各种泵阀的指示信号,同时完成将下位机的信号传到监控计算机内以接受监控计算机指令。

ABSTRACT

1 绪论
1.1 引言
水是基础性的自然资源和战略性的经济资源,是生产环境的重要控制性要素。水资源的可持续运用是经济社会可持续发展的重要保障。我国水资源总量不足,时空分布不均,水资源短缺,洪涝灾害严重和水土流失,水污染形式严峻,已成为当前社会和经济可持续发展的重要制约因素。
制浆造纸工业是我国国民经济的重要产业之一,多数企业以稻、麦草为主要原材料。生产过程中废水排放量大,每生产1顿成品纸,平均耗水在400-600吨,年废水排放量在30亿吨。然而相应的污水处理技术水平跟设备跟不上这种污染速度。远远不能适应企业和环境保护的要求。
造纸工业产生对水的耗费大,污染物成分复杂,污染负荷高,对环境造成的污染问题严重,废水的处理要求水平较高。制浆造纸过程中的很多工艺环节都会产生不同污染程度的废水,原料的不同,工艺方法的差异,生产过程中采用的化学药剂的不同,都会对制浆造纸过程中产生的废水的性状,污染负荷产生不同程度的影响。
